CIHI is committed to ensuring that our communications, products and services are accessible to people living with disabilities. Use CIHI’s Accessibility Request Form to request CIHI documentation in an accessible format. 

Customer Service Policy

We are committed to providing goods and services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities. We ensure that people with disabilities have the opportunity to access and benefit from our products and services.

Training for CIHI employees

We have a training plan to ensure that all employees receive disability awareness training as it relates to the customer service standards of the Accessibility for Ontarians With Disabilities Act, 2005.
