Bio
As director of Education, Design and Content Delivery, Dora Silva Alves is responsible for CIHI’s digital operations, including the delivery of CIHI’s products and online experience. Her mandate includes improving overall access to, and use and understanding of CIHI’s information through effective design and development.
Ms. Silva Alves has more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience in digital and marketing management. Most recently, she served as manager of Digital Experience, strengthening CIHI’s user-centred design practices. She holds a Bachelor of Technology in graphic communications management from Ryerson University.
