Canadian Dialysis Centres Accepting Visitors

The purpose of this directory is to identify dialysis centres across Canada that will provide dialysis treatments to patients who are visiting from other jurisdictions. Centres are organized by province/territory.
All centres must be contacted prior to making a visit. In some cases, visitors will be accepted only if space permits.
