- Prince Edward Island: 26%, which is below the Commonwealth Fund average
- Nova Scotia: 86%, which is below the Commonwealth Fund average
- New Brunswick: 61%, which is below the Commonwealth Fund average
- Quebec: 84%, which is below the Commonwealth Fund average
- Ontario: 89%, which is below the Commonwealth Fund average
- Manitoba: 88%, which is the same as the Commonwealth Fund average
- Saskatchewan: 91%, which is the same as the Commonwealth Fund average
- Alberta: 92%, which is the same as the Commonwealth Fund average
- British Columbia: 90%, which is the same as the Commonwealth Fund average
