Health information software vendors that have successfully passed CIHI testing

Health information software vendors that passed vendor testing for 2017–2018, 2018–2019, 2019–2020, 2020–2021 and 2021–2022 were not required to complete vendor testing because there were no significant changes. New software vendors are required to complete testing. Refer to the list below of all software vendors that have successfully passed CIHI testing.

CIHI requires all CPERS software vendors to submit test files at the beginning of every fiscal year to ensure compliance with the data submission specifications. The software vendors listed below have successfully met the CIHI testing requirements. This means the software vendor

  • Submitted test data that complied 100% with the CIHI-defined validation rules
  • Submitted sufficient test survey cycle data and demonstrated the ability to subsequently submit an update and deletion

Data submitting organizations are requested to ascertain that their software vendor has completed and passed the software vendor test process for their provincial/territorial version before submitting their own CPERS test data.
