CIHI’s Accessibility Centre provides tools and resources to help make CIHI’s information and products more accessible.
Alternate formats for products and reports
We review and respond to all requests for information and products in accessible formats on an as-needed basis. Download CIHI’s accessibility request form to request CIHI documentation in an accessible format. Send us the completed request form in one of three ways:

Training for CIHI employees
We have a training plan to ensure that all employees receive disability awareness training as it relates to the customer service standards of the Accessibility for Ontarians With Disabilities Act, 2005.
