How to print your transcript and certificate

The Achievement Record in CIHI’s Learning Centre contains a list of all the courses you have completed or attended, as well as the certificates you have achieved.

Print Your Transcript

Here is a short guide to help you navigate your Achievement Record and print a transcript of your courses. This how-to assumes that you have logged in and registered for and completed at least 1 workshop or self-study course.

Step 1: Select the Achievement Record tab

After logging in to the Learning Centre,

  • Select the Achievement Record tab.

The Achievement Record displays all the courses you have completed and workshops you have attended. It also lists the self-study courses for which you have passed the final assessment. Web conferences are listed here once the session has passed.

Step 2: Select Transcript

Below the tabs at the top of your screen, the sub-menu Transcript contains a listing of courses you accessed. It includes details such as course name, course date, date completed, the current status of your progress and the grade you achieved, if applicable.

Step 3: Prepare your transcript for printing

  • Right-click the green bar near the top of the screen (the word Transcript is displayed in bold). A drop-down window will appear on your screen.
  • Select Print preview. This will open your transcript in a new window.
  • To modify the layout of your transcript, use document features at the top of the window.

Step 4: Print your transcript

  • To print your transcript, select the printer icon in the transcript window. Your printer window will open.
  • Select Print.

Print Your Certificate

Here is a short guide to help you print your course certificates. This how-to assumes that you have logged in and registered for and completed at least 1 workshop or self-study course.

Step 1: Select the Achievement Record tab

After logging in to the Learning Centre,

  • Select the Achievement Record tab.

The Achievement Record displays all the courses you have completed and workshops you have attended. It also lists the self-study courses for which you have passed the final assessment. Web conferences are listed here once the session has passed.

The Achievement Record stores your certificates of completion. You can view and print your certificates here.

Step 2: View your certficate

From the Achievement Record tab,

  • Click the down arrow on the Launch button next to one of your completed courses.
  • Click Certificate. Your certificate will open in a new window.

Step 3: Print your certificate

In the certificate window,

  • Select File. Your printer window will open.
  • Select Print.
