Bulletin: DAD and NACRS 2015-2016 Changes (PDF)
November 21, 2014—Every fiscal year, changes are applied to the Discharge Abstract Database (DAD) and the National Ambulatory Care Reporting System (NACRS).
Similar to last year, CIHI’s Clinical Administrative Databases team has prepared the attached document, which highlights the changes that will be applied to the DAD and NACRS for fiscal 2015-2016.
The purpose of this document is to enable clients to begin making the necessary system changes to prepare to collect data, effective April 1st, 2015.
