New year, new look

You may have noticed that we’re looking a little different. That’s because we are rebranding to better reflect the promise, core attributes and tone of voice of our new vision, mandate and values, as defined in our 2016 to 2021 strategic plan.

Changes to will be subtle at first. As of April 1, you will notice our new logo, richer colour palettes and tones, and the disappearance of our trademark “swoosh” lines. You can also expect a more overt application of the new branding elements across our product releases, including reports, media releases and presentations.

Throughout the 2016–2017 fiscal year, elements of our new brand DNA will be integrated across various web platforms (i.e., Your Health System, the Wait Times tool, CIHI applications).

Bigger changes on the horizon

The new brand DNA will be phased in across our products so you can become familiar with the look and feel while we work on the redevelopment of, which will be launched later in 2016.

Once launched, the redeveloped website will fully reflect the new branding standards.
