Learning from each other 

For the second consecutive year, CIHI offered its mentoring program. The goal is to enhance leadership capacity within the organization, while fostering a culture of learning and development. Leaders stepped up to the plate with enthusiasm in response to the call for mentors. As a result, 12 mentors and mentees were matched based on interest, experience and location.

Our mentors are essential to the quality of the program. Each has a variety of experience and knowledge to share with their mentee. The mentees learn and gain new perspectives from their conversations and find ways to apply their learning to their day-to-day work. It’s a win-win, and we look forward to the program’s continued success.
