Public submission request form for enhancement of ICD-10-CA and CCI

The public submission period for the next version of the classifications is now open. The public submission deadline for requests to enhance the next version of ICD-10-CA or CCI is March 29, 2024. All submissions must be received on or before this date. Submissions received after this date will be deferred to the next version of the classification.

Please review the public submission guidelines prior to completing and submitting the form below. A separate submission form is required for each classification (ICD-10-CA, CCI) and for each enhancement request.

Note: Excludes provincial or jurisdictional-only cases or those from outside Canada.
