We have full- and part-time opportunities available. All employees benefit from CIHI’s Performance Management Program, as well as our Learning and Professional Development Program.
Contract Positions: Considering a contract position? While most of our positions are permanent, we do offer various contract opportunities or secondment arrangements.
- Contract: An arrangement with CIHI to work for a specific length of time. Depending on the duration and number of hours in the contract, contract employees may be eligible for the benefits mentioned above.
- Secondment: An arrangement whereby an individual is ”shared” between CIHI and another organization. You would remain employed by the original company while doing work for CIHI. Once your duties at CIHI are completed, you would return to your previous job.
